Dear Colleagues,

As the Turkish Neonatology Association, we are delighted and excited to invite you to our 34th National Congress of Neonatology, which will be held at the Regnum Carya Hotel in Antalya from April 7–11, 2027.

​

Our scientific program, prepared with the contributions of distinguished national and international faculty members in the field, will address current and controversial topics in neonatology, new diagnostic and treatment approaches, evidence-based practices, clinical experiences, and research that will shape the future of the neonatology. Structured in accordance with international scientific standards, our congress will provide a broader platform for knowledge sharing through sessions featuring speakers and participants from different countries, multilingual simultaneous interpretation, and new initiatives designed to enhance scientific interaction.

This year, we also aim to enrich our program not only with theoretical sessions but also with practical, hands-on educational activities. Simulation-based courses conducted in small groups, skills stations, case-based interactive sessions, multidisciplinary meetings, and scientific activities for young researchers will help participants translate their knowledge and experience directly into clinical practice. Various awards will be presented at our congress to support scientific productivity and young researchers, while several surprises prepared for our participants throughout the program will add an extra touch of excitement to our gathering.

Reflecting the team-based nature of neonatal intensive care services, sessions on neonatal nursing, developed in collaboration with our NICU nurses and continuously enhanced in scientific quality each year, will also be included in our congress program.

One of the most valuable aspects of UNEKO is that, in addition to scientific exchange, it strengthens friendships built over the years, creates opportunities to establish new professional connections, and reflects the spirit of the Turkish Neonatology Association that we have nurtured together. The social program of our congress will also provide an opportunity for colleagues from different generations to come together, share their experiences, and renew their friendships amidst the demanding pace of professional life.
