Record
Registration fees do not include VAT. The VAT rate is 20%.
The congress registration fee includes participation in scientific meetings, a symposium bag, free access to exhibition areas, coffee breaks during the symposium, a full-day meeting lunch, and any planned programs.
Unicon Mice reserves the right to reflect any potential changes in tax, fee, and duty amounts in its prices, and to update prices in accordance with significant changes in the economic conditions of the country.
Accomodation
Accommodation fees do not include VAT. The VAT rate is 10%.
The accommodation rates are for 4 nights, covering arrival on April 7th and departure on April 11th.
Unicon Mice reserves the right to reflect any potential changes in tax, fee, and duty amounts in its prices.
External Participation Fee: Participants who do not book accommodation through the organization secretariat and who only register and do not stay in the congress hotels provided by the secretariat must pay an additional daily fee of €400 + VAT in addition to the congress registration fee to enter the congress center between April 7-11 and to benefit from hotel-style services between 09:00 and 18:00 on those days. Participants who do not pay this amount will not be allowed entry to the congress center.
Transfer
Unicon Mice has been informed of flight details, and transfers for all participants who requested transfers will be provided at the rates mentioned above.
Transfer change requests will be considered only if flight changes are notified in writing at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Terms
All reservation cancellations must be reported to Unicon Mice in writing.
Full refunds will be given for sponsorship cancellations reported before January 30, 2027. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after January 30, 2026.
Early bird prices will not apply if early bird registration and accommodation payments are not made within the specified date range. For late bird payments, 80% must be paid before the start of the congress, and the remaining 20% must be paid within 10 days of the congress ending.
